Job Description: Hotel Staff

We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our dynamic hotel team in Albania. As part of our hospitality staff, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We are hiring for multiple positions, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor tables and attend to guest needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed.
Process payments and handle customer inquiries or complaints with care.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on restaurant policies, promotions, and menu changes.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
