Job Description: Metal Workers

We are seeking skilled and dedicated metal workers to join our team in Albania. As a metal worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to technical specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality metal products that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools and machinery.
Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Operate welding, cutting, and other metalworking equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
Perform maintenance and repairs on metal components as required.
Ensure that work areas are kept clean and organized, following all safety protocols
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of metalworking techniques, tools, and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy equipment and materials.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in metalworking.
