Job Description: Operator At Production

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Hungary. As a production operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with production procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production lines, identifying and resolving issues that could impact efficiency or quality.
Perform routine checks, maintenance, and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Follow production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and downtime.
Work closely with other team members to coordinate production processes and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials or finished products when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with operating industrial machinery and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.
Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours, including overtime if required.
Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
