Job Description: AUTOMOBILE FACTORY “HUTCHINSON”

We are looking for Automobile Factory Operators to work at our state-of-the-art facility in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling automotive components, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to delivering high-quality products that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery used to manufacture automotive components.
Assemble parts and systems for vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
Inspect and test components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Work with a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to factory cleanliness standards.
Use computers or control systems to monitor production processes and report issues.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control teams to improve production efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of operating industrial machinery and tools used in automobile production.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail to ensure components are assembled accurately.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights or weekends, if required.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in English or Czech (other languages are a plus).
