Job Description: Builders (Handers)

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Builders (Handers) to join our construction team in the Czech Republic. This role involves various tasks related to handling materials, assisting skilled workers, and ensuring construction projects run smoothly. The position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Participation in Earthworks and Foundation Works, Digging pits, preparing, and leveling the site for pouring foundations.
Assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of scaffolding while adhering to all safety standards.
Ensure uninterrupted delivery of construction materials such as bricks, cement, sand, and reinforcement to the required areas on-site.
Erection of walls and installation of building frame structures.
Laying bricks, blocks, and installing metal and wooden elements.
Execute finishing tasks like puttying, plastering, installing plasterboard structures, tiling, and painting to prepare the building for completion.
Correct usage and maintenance of tools to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
Follow established safety protocols, wearing protective helmets, overalls, and reinforced footwear.
Perform additional tasks such as taking measurements, data transfer, material preparation, and other assignments as directed by engineers and foremen.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or material handling is preferred but not required.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
Proficiency in English or Czech (other languages are an advantage).
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
