Job Description: Cosmetic Factory Workers

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Cosmetic Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. As part of the cosmetics production line, you will be responsible for tasks such as packaging, sorting, and inspecting beauty products. This position requires adherence to quality standards and attention to detail to ensure all cosmetic products are safe and meet brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming cosmetic products, inspect for quality, and ensure they meet company standards before processing.

Accurately pack and label products, apply stickers, and prepare them for further handling.

Use scanners to pick and process customer orders, ensuring correct products are selected for shipment.

Ensure all products are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipping in a timely and efficient manner.

Conduct final inspections of cargo to verify that the goods meet all quality control standards before shipping.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory or cosmetics production environment is a plus, but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Ability to operate basic factory machinery and tools.

Attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Basic understanding of health and safety standards in a production environment

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if necessary.

Proficiency in English or Czech (other languages are an advantage).
