Job Description: Fich Canning Plant Worker

We are looking for hardworking and reliable workers to join our fish canning plant in Albania. As a fish canning plant worker, you will be responsible for processing and packaging fish products according to quality standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the products meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort, clean, and prepare fish for processing
Operate machinery used in the canning and packaging of fish products.
Monitor the production line and ensure that fish is canned and sealed correctly.
Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet safety and hygiene standards.
Label and pack canned fish products for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Report any malfunctions or issues with machinery or products to supervisors.
Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products as needed.
Work in compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a cold and wet environment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in food processing.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
