Job Description: Handyman (Hotel)

We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our dynamic hotel team in Bulgaria. As a Handyman (Hotel), you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing hotel facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. We are hiring for multiple positions, including maintenance staff. Be a part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service and hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry repairs in guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Inspect and troubleshoot hotel equipment, appliances, and fixtures to ensure proper functioning.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist with routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel’s facilities are in optimal condition.
Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
Ensure the proper upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations when performing maintenance tasks.
Assist with setting up and preparing for events or special guest requirements that require technical support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot various hotel equipment and facilities.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel teams.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
