We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our dynamic hotel team in Bulgaria. As a Pizzaiolo, you will play a key role in preparing and serving delicious, high-quality pizzas, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking with precision and skill.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and surrounding work areas.
Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and report shortages to supervisors.
Experiment with and develop new pizza recipes or menu items, as needed.
Handle guest feedback or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Expertise in dough preparation, pizza topping, and baking techniques.
Knowledge of different types of pizzas, toppings, and traditional cooking methods.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for cooking and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Culinary training or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
