Job Description: Sewing Worker

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented sewing workers to join our team in Albania. As a sewing worker, you will be responsible for cutting, stitching, and assembling fabrics to create high-quality garments and textiles. Your precision and craftsmanship will be key in producing items that meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to stitch fabrics according to specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble fabrics, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Follow patterns, blueprints, and technical instructions to create garments or other textile products.
Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring seams and stitches are neat and durable.
Repair or alter garments as required, making adjustments for proper fit and finish.
Maintain sewing machines and tools, performing basic repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Stay updated on new sewing techniques and industry trends.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of different fabrics and sewing techniques.
Ability to operate industrial and domestic sewing machines
Attention to detail and ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately.
Physical stamina to work in a production environment for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
