Job Description: Shoe Factory Worker

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking shoe factory workers to join our team in Albania. As a shoe factory worker, you will be involved in the production and assembly of footwear, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, stitch, and finish different parts of shoes using both manual and machine-operated tools.
Operate machinery involved in the shoe manufacturing process, including cutting, stitching, and shaping machines.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Perform tasks such as attaching soles, adding decorative elements, and assembling shoe components.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health protocols.
Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed.
Meet daily production goals and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Report any defects or issues with materials, machinery, or products to supervisors.
