Job Description: Warehouse Staff

We are seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Staff to join our team in Norway. As a warehouse staff member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Your role is essential to ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of materials and products.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring items are correctly labeled and easily accessible.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and deadlines.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, to move and manage goods.
Perform regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, adhering to safety and health regulations.
Identify and report any damaged or missing products to supervisors.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as well as preparing items for dispatch.
Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity.

Requirements:

Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
Basic understanding of inventory management systems and barcode scanners.
Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
Proficiency in English or Norwegian is a plus.
