Job Description: Waiters

We are seeking friendly and professional waiters/waitresses to join our team in Albania. As a waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your role is key to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor tables and attend to guest needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed.
Process payments and handle customer inquiries or complaints with care.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on restaurant policies, promotions, and menu changes.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of English or other foreign languages is a plus.
