As a Waiter Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure tables are set up correctly and that guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience.

Refill water glasses and provide additional assistance with drinks and condiments as needed.

Assist with clearing tables, removing used dishes, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.

Help maintain the dining area’s cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.

Assist in taking orders and delivering food and drinks to customers, following the server’s instructions.

Monitor guest satisfaction and assist with any special requests or needs.

Assist in stocking and replenishing service areas, including cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

Help ensure that health and safety standards are followed in the dining and kitchen areas.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role (preferred).

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Friendly and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing and carrying heavy trays for extended periods.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
